I hope you are pleased with your purchase and that the painting meets your expectations. If for any reason you are unhappy you may return the goods to me in accordance with this return policy. If you decide you do not want the goods you ordered, return them within 14 days from delivery date for a refund. All goods returned must be undamaged and repacked properly. Goods must be returned by registered post. The return postage is the customer's responsibility and this will not be refunded unless the item is faulty/damaged. It is advisable that you insure the return parcel so it will be traceable as we will not be responsible for goods lost in the post. If a product is damaged in transit, please return it immediately and we will refund you the cost of the product and original delivery cost. Any breakages or damages must be reported to be within 24 hours of delivery.
