Commissioned Art & Gift Certificates

All commissioned paintings are non-refundable.
A €50 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your order
The prices quoted on this website are subject to change, depending on canvas size, background required and how many pets are in the portrait.
Prices do not include shipping.
It is the client's responsibility to provide quality photographs, if a suitable photograph cannot be provided, I reserve the right to refuse service.
Once the commission has been completed I will send a photograph to the customer for their approval. The client can make small changes at this point if needed.
I retain full copyright on all artwork that is produced, including mock-ups and prints. When a portrait is commissioned I reserve the right to display it in my website gallery and on my social media pages. Customers who do not wish their commissioned portrait to be shown online must notify me before work commences.
The painting must be paid for in full before any orders are sent out / delivered.

Gift Certificate Terms and conditions.

1. Gift certificates must be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date. The expiry date will be clearly marked.

2. Requested portrait completion time cannot be guaranteed, an estimated delivery date will be quoted.

4. It can be used towards a pet portrait or original painting of a higher price with the balance being settled before handover of the painting.

5. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged/returned for money.

All data collected through interactions with this website will be stored and maintained securely. I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information or photographs to third parties. I will not share your personal photographs on my website or social media without your prior consent.
